You're forgetting that everyone who works for Mitt will not be there because of talent and aptitude and burning desire to succeed, but because of gender and melanin content and ethnicity, etc...

And, he can't hardly fire them!

And, in order to do his job better, he HAS to fire a lot of them! Which will make them resent him, work against him, etc and etc.

You cannot run the federal government like Bain Capital.

Actually you can. The ledger still needs to make sense. Spending has to be controlled and allocated in a proper manner for any entity to succeed. the balance of revenue to spending and the question of "at what cost revenue" be answered. Be it a personal, business or govt. entity....
