this is a democrat talking to blacks, he said: "African Americans “don’t have to vote for [romney]” to help his campaign.. “An abstention from the polls is effectively a vote for romney,” he said. “If there is only a minuscule drop-off [in turnout], it will spell trouble.”

what he said is true, since 95% of blacks vote for obama, if any stay home it helps r omney.

on the other side, if people who would normally vote republican stay home, it helps obama.

you may not like it, but both are true.
