That's easy to answer 98% of them never take personal reponsibility because they are taught from the time they are born that they are disadvantaged because of the white man! Evil Whitey is keeping you down. Well look at Africa where the whites gave power back to the indigenous niggers, what has happened. Famine, war, rape, beastiality, and genocide!
