It implies that Libertarians simply don't care if people die.....and people have no choice but to die, without a guard.

I can chose to care if people die if I wish. If I didn't care, I wouldn't choose become a lifeguard. It is up to others to decide to drown, or try not to. That is none of my business. That is the point.
