The answer to the health care cost problem is clearly introducing Market forces into the health care decision process. The best way to do that is Health Savings accts.

That, plus get the fraud and abuse out of healthcare
reduce drug patents to 2 years
refuse all but life saving care to illegal aliens
open insurance competition across state lines
tort reform
malpractice suit reform
loser pays in all lawsuits.

there a lots of simple things that could be done, why is congress sitting on its ass?
