I like the idea of a war tax.. It would stop a bunch of this china flag waving foolishness.

Americanus Boobicus want it all, they just don't want to PAY FOR IT..

That might get some people's attention. Unfunded wars began with Kennedy and Johnson in viet nam. Can anyone tell us what we accomplished in viet nam for billions of dollars and 50,000 american lives?
