When Obama challenged the Court, he was slapped around by the Right for overstepping. In 's case, it would be viewed as far worse. If the SCOTUS says it's Constitutional, on what grounds can he say they're wrong?

You & I may not like it, but you can't ignore what the Court ruled. Nor can

. Oh yes he can! He most certainly can.. If he wins the Senate, he can pack that court. It's absolutely Constitutional.

The Constitution does not say how many justices comprise the SC.. He can increase it to 12 and fix this bullshit once and for all.

But he won't, because he's not a Conservative and is no particular friend of the Constitution.

He can't go on record calling out the SCOTUS when he has no expertise in the matter. That's just stupid.
