The Republican Party is supposed to support the Constitution.. They say they do.

Their nominee can't go along with this notion of Government making you buy shit and remain credible.

As it stands right now...at this minute in time...SCOTUS is the determiner of constitutional or not.

would be classified with the birthers and the truthers if he insisted on screaming "unconstitutional" in every statement.

Not saying I agree with him or the ruling...its simply the way things are.

My favorite line from "Platoon"...

"Theres the way things should be and the way things are."
