The Constitution does not say how many justices comprise the SC.. He can increase it to 12 and fix this bullshit once and for all.

But he won't, because he's not a Conservative and is no particular friend of the Constitution.

That's just stupid.

He won't win if he says "It's unConstitutional" and can't articulate why that is. "They may end up making us buy shit we don't want to buy in 10 years" isn't going to work. You know that.
