Money from Uncle Sam, spends better.

For example:

If I work for 10 bucks an hour, 40 hours a week, I might bring home 350 or so.......I'll cherish that 350, and pay my rent, and keep food and fuel on hand.

However, if for some reason Uncle Sam just GIVES me 350 a week........Fuck it......I'll have a big screen, a great cell phone package, an Xbox, and I'll see you at the club.
