That decision just ended it.. It's a legitimate federal power now.

Well I don't know about you but I'm going to wait for Congress to order me to purchase a Chevy Volt and tax me if I don't. I cannot believe Roberts was stupid enough to set that as precedent. He cannot have the brains God gave a guppy.
