These companies already charge and arm and a leg as it is. So, we already know who's going to foot this bill. I'm assuming this will be on all new drugs before their patents expire?

Obama and the other goons on the left seem to forget how many lives are saved annually by those "Innovator Drug Companies". So if a company spends zillions of hours creating a drug that will help people, they will be penalized for it via another tax on top of what they already pay. Yes, there's motivation right there.
