Bobby Jindal can refuse to comply all he wishes, but the bottom line is that it's individual taxpayers who will be penalized for not complying with Obamacare.

Personally, I can't afford to comply with the mandate, nor can I afford the penalty (oh, my bad! the "tax"), so where does that leave people like me?

If you really think this will make insurance prices come down, you really are an idiot.
