I have read reports that the Obama's and their allies (Specifically Jarrett) wormed their way into key positions in the medical apparatus in Chicago and milked it.

Dunno how true they are.. But it certainly makes sense from a bunch like that.

PS: This relationship may help explain their EXTREME devotion to Jarrett..

She's come out on top of White House conflicts that she should not have won..

It's rumored that she beat Rahm and Daley both.. And the facts on the ground would seem to confirm that.
