If he loses the election (which I think he will), and this Holder F&F thing drags on past January, is he still culpable after he's gone from office? And at what penalty?

He absolutely is.. And I don't know what penalty. I'm sure that domestically and internationally it could become a difficult situation. Guy could have to join the Henry Kissinger Travel Club over something this big.

But I don't think that will happen.. He's BLACK.. and the GOP won't want to be seen as persecuting him.

Just being gone will be enough for them.
