Because that's the ONLY reason to turn a shitload of guns loose, to drug cartels, in Mexico..

We can then track them via satellite..

Otherwise.. It just looks like we're arming one side in a drug war..

And you have to ask why we'd be doing that?

I always wondered where on a rifle would be a good place to hide a tracking device without eventually fucking the works. I guess this might be the only method they could have tracked them.
