Yeah, the budget doesn't even balance till 2040.. And there's a one hell of a lot of assumptions between then and now.

It's not a serious plan..

Hardly anyone even knows what the Ryan Plan is. They all talk about it, because they've heard soundbites about it. It's a joke.

It does not freeze or reduce government spending, and as you said, it doesn't balance the budget for decades, if ever.
