Liberals captured the culture by being bold. They went over the top with everything, and succeeded in normalizing what was once taboo.

Conservatives aren't bold, these days. They apologize for everything.

Yeah, and it was a strategic move. All my life Conservatives have underestimated soft power.. They think in terms of arms and military power, congressional majorities and Justices and so on..

But the truth is, Pat's right.. Control the media and the educational establishment.. and you're arguably MORE powerful over the long run in a free speech country like ours.

"Conservatives" will FINALLY realize the importance of soft power when world news shifts to Asia.. and it's THEIR movies, their innovations and breakthroughs, THEIR sports teams and THEIR press conferences that get first notice by the media.. THEN they'll see it.. But it will be too late.
