The absolute HORROR of this whole thing is that,

even though it's been PROVEN,

NO ONE, on either side, is willing to admit it,

and DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,

which is to remove him from office and declare his presidency VOID,
along with any and all laws that were passed during that time.

they all fear the street riots that would follow that action. So they remain complacent and watch the country go in to the trash heap.
