Polluters should be fined, if they include the fines in the prices of their products they will not be competitive and will go out of business. its not complicated

And THAT is dangerous... Because who wouldn't want to use the power of government to add to the production costs of a competing industry?

Unnecessary regulations are to be avoided at all costs.
