Philly Urgent! Patsy only has until 5 pm today! She is an amazing dog who is struggling with an infection from her spay surgery. The e-collar she must wear to keep her from further injuring herself is greatly increasing her kennel stress. Combined, this makes her VERY URGENT! Outside of the kennel, you could not find a more mellow, snuggly, wonderful dog!
