Sorry for the much-delayed response. No, this series is not exclusively on the Bhagavad-Gita, though Tina may touch on this work. The Sadhaka Sundays series is to introduce students to the practices that underlay and inform the physical practice, which is what most people in the West think of when they think "yoga." Asana offers an entryway into these other practices, and this series is to offer a further entryway. The next session, happening November 21st, 7-8pm, deals with whether or not one must be a vegetarian to be a yoga practitioner. S
