‘They going to put y’all back in chains’ is what our vp shouted out today to a majority black audience. Can't stop laughing at this one. If I were black I'd be very offensive at some silly white politician thinking he could race bait me by trying to talk 'black'.

One thing about ole Joe, he's always good for a laugh.
