Possibly. One thing I've learned in the past few years is never to overestimate the quality of today's GOP congressional caucus. The Tea Party took the new low and then kicked the floor out. There are actually worse than Bachmann in the freshman class. Hard to believe, but true.

Maybe there are worse, but they've been smart enough to keep their mouths shut, so they can't really be any more stupid.
