Yeah right the microfiche copy is in hawaii. That's why instead of just releasing a copy of it orginally, they instead spent almost 3 years creating a multi-layered document containing fonts that didn't exist at that time, as well as bits and pieces of a bunch of different documents. They did this because it was so much easier than just releasing a copy of the microfiche.
