I recommend the translation done by Abdul Haqqi and Aisha Bewley, insha'Allah.

Asalamu Alaikum,
While this is an excellent translation, I do believe it to be out of print. The Majestic Qur'an put out by the Nawawi Foundation is very good, but is about 60 bucks. The Oxford one is actually one of the better ones I've seen using modern English. The best in English, in my opinion (for what it's worth) would be the Koran Interpreted translated by A.J. Arberry who has an excellent grasp of the English language.
