Could you please post the Hadith that makes this statement?

On the authority of Abdullaah Ibn 'Amr (may Allaah be pleased with them both),

the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "The one who reads/recites the Qur'aan in less than three days does not have understanding."

Abu Daawud, At-Tirmidhee, Ibnu Maajah...Saheeh
