the safest way to keep one from responding to their posts is not to read them. and to have a quick identification of where they have posted in a thread. thankfully that is made easier by their 'avatars'.
those who are still responding are in for a frustrated time which otherwise could be spent meaningfully discussing useful ideas on the forum.
