Hazrat Jabir (Radiyallahu anhu) said it was the custom of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaahu 'alayhi waSallam) not to go to sleep until he had read Tabaarakallazi Biyadihil Mulk and Alif Laam Meem Tanzeel.
