aoa, firstly im not a barelvi. but i read your link and a barelvi link which seem to say similar things so now im confused. Have a look at their link: http://www.alahazrat.net/islam/noor-...rasoolalah.php i'll quote a line: "However, it is often at this point, that those who oppose this view believe from some erroneous conviction that they hold, that we claim the Prophet [May Allah bless him and grant him peace] was not human!! This is indeed strange and a gross accusation. For those who claim that he was not a human, have clearly ventured out of the bounds of Islam, and have entered into Kuffr. The belief of Ahl As-Sunnah Wa’l Jamma is that the Noble Prophet Muhammad [May Allah bless him and grant him peace] is Noor and human - as we shall now seek to demonstrate." and in your article it is claimed: "Hence, my belief is that Rasulullaah (sallAllaahu alaihi wasallam) is a combination of both human and Noor." i agree with everything your article said except this one line. whereas in the lines preceding this it was in itself written that the 'Noor' is the guidance. but immediately in the next line it is stated he was both human and noor. this is confusing. let me ask you two things: He (saw) was made of mitti (mud) just like all human being. yes or no? the 'noor' referred often is his guidance: yes or no? I understand that the barelvis think he was literally made out of Noor. which is false. He was a human being. I however dont think they consider him not human. but that he was made of Noor and had body of a human. They take the word literally. Rest of what they believe is also false. Moreover, what is the belief of deoband and the salafis regarding the Prophet (PBUH) created before Adam (As)?its very hard to find anything solid as you dont know which articles are barelvi infulenced or not. i'll be glad if someone can help me here Plz note im not bashing your article just confused about what i read in yours
