I heard this dua from the lecture of Hazrath Moulana Syed Anzarshah Qasmi Sahab(DB). He said that Hazrath Moulana Abrar-ul-Haq Sahab

taught this dua i.e. whenever evil person or any person who comes with a intention to harm you or do zulm on you, for example, if any police constable is coming near to you with the intention of doing zulm (without any valid reason) then we should read this 4 beautiful names of Allah

repeatedly
يا سُبّوح (Ya subbuhu)
يا قدوس (Ya Quddusu)
يا غفور (Ya Gafuuru)
يا ودود (Ya Waduudu)

This is a dua which

will save you from their zulm.
P.S: Yaqeen should be there.
