Salam aleikum

This is from Shaykh al-Butis introduction to al-Nawawis wird:

Umar al-Shabrawi took the wird from Muhammed al-Saba’i. He took it from his father al-Sayyid Salih al-Saba’i who took it from Sheykh al-Dardir, who took it from his sheykh, Sheykh al-Hafnawi who took from his sheykh, Sheykh Mustafa al-Bakri who took it from Sheykh Muhammed ibn Ahmed al-Dimyati who took it from Sheykh al-Shibramulsi who took it from Sheykh Abdu-Rahim al-’Iraqi who took it from sheykh ’Ala al-Din ibn al-’Attar who took it from Imam al-Nawawi (ra).

These are all reliable scholars. As for the words "ala awladi" maybe he included it in orders for other people with children to benefit, as its quite clear from the sanad that he taught the wird to others.
