This book contains a book and a CD with the 2 Wirds of Imam al-Haddad [RA] NOT Imam Nawawi [RA]. Imam Nawawi's [RA] wird is as follows (recitation and words):

The link i provided takes you to a book that contains al-Nawawis wird AND two of imam al-Haddads awrad. There is a previous version that only contains imam al-Haddads awrad.

I dont have a scan but the arabic is vocalised and there is a translitteration of the awrad if im not mistaken.
