The link i provided takes you to a book that contains al-Nawawis wird AND two of imam al-Haddads awrad. There is a previous version that only contains imam al-Haddads awrad.

I dont have a scan but the arabic is vocalised and there is a translitteration of the awrad if im not mistaken.

I don't know. I have the latest version of the book and it's contents are as follows (I ordered it from Amazon; the same link you posted:

Al-Wird al-Latif (intro, arabic & translation, transliteration)

Al-Ratib al-Shahir (intro, arabic & translation, transliteration, commentary)

Appendices (the previous 2 wirds in arabic, Qasidah by Imam Ali al-Habshi)

The CD contains the 2 wirds in both group and solo. As well as 2 Arabic Qasidahs and an English Qasidah.
