As-Salamu Alaykum brother,

I don't know. I have the latest version of the book and it's contents are as follows (I ordered it from Amazon; the same link you posted:

Al-Wird al-Latif (intro, arabic & translation, transliteration)

Al-Ratib al-Shahir (intro, arabic & translation, transliteration, commentary)

Appendices (the previous 2 wirds in arabic, Qasidah by Imam Ali al-Habshi)

The CD contains the 2 wirds in both group and solo. As well as 2 Arabic Qasidahs and an English Qasidah.

If you follow the link and klick on the cover it says Imam al-Haddad and Imam al-Nawawi. Im not sure how it works when you order from Amazon but maybe its a good thing to make sure that you get the right book (i.e so the seller doesnt send you the book that only contains Imam al-Haddads awrad).
