Brother why don't you take one of those electric beard trimmers with the beard attachments (or go to a barber) and trim the cheek with the more hair to even out with the one with less hair, and leave the chin alone. Though I didn't look for it right now, I have read a fatwa somewhere before where they said it is allowed to 'fix' the beard if it is uneven from both sides, but only to the extent of making it even and no more than that. Islam is not difficult and it does not require us to walk around with half of our face full of beard and the other half with barely any beard (if the pic you had posted before was an accurate representation).

Also put blackseed oil in your beard as it helps with hair growth Insha'Allah. It has a strong smell so I wouldn't put it on during the day when you're out and about your routine... rather what I used to do was (and still do sometimes) is nicely oil my beard with it (sometimes even a mix of olive & black seed oil as olive oil is Sunnah) before going to bed and then put a towel or something on my pillow and go to sleep & and wash it out when I wake up for Fajr (or if I'm taking a shower). Insha'Allah overtime you would see a difference if you use black seed & olive oil regularly at least 3-4 times a week (daily if possible).

Also I am not sure how old you are but if you are younger (like teenager) then especially don't worry about it as your beard will 'settle' as you grow older. If you are already fully grown (30+) then you can just keep doing the trimming to the extent of evening it out from both sides.

Insha'Allah a person of knowledge will correct me if I'm saying something wrong here. So again I would trim the heavier side to match with the lighter side and Insha'Allah overtime it will even out.
