Horners, all East Africans, and all Southern Africans have never been able to compete against West & North Africans. Maybe Horners need to change their technique and playing style to become more like North Africans who are a little more successful.

It's no surprise that the African teams that actually qualified for the WC are all West African and Algeria (S. Africa is just the host and will lose to France and Mexico).

Last WC, three of Africa's 5 teams were Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Togo. All three countries are right beside each other with pretty much the same population.
