shaikh maripat,respected shaikhul hadis moulana hanif luharvi db said in his one bayan somedays ago that this sentences; wma alaina illal balag is not narrat from nabi saw anywhere and this is not good for any one to speak it.

But there is a very close thing in the Noble Qur'an itself. I am not conversant with the Arabic text so I can not quote. I'll appreciate if you can find it and post it here.
