Moulana seems you got your first patient here. Bro you are tough amil man, thousand wirds and water fasting at same time? I did water fasting...for 8 hours and thats it.

What do I have? Alhamdulillah no jinn nor sihr but I am troubled by biggest enemy - nafs and shaytaan. Any taweez/wird to defeat nafs and shaytaan I will do it happily.
