My only contention was your silly statement that, "It wasn't a bad death".

Many years ago I worked as an electrician in an industrial factory. I have seen people get shocked and badly burned by voltage that was far less than the massive amount of energy contained in a lighting bolt.

So no, getting zapped by a lighting strike is not a pleasant or easy death as you so callously claimed.
