Although I'm still waiting for more accurate detailed information to portray the strife in Assam in religious colors, since tribal and ethnic color is a real possibility, yet i agree with the main point of the thread. That was exactly my feelings too. The whole media and politcians were in full show of force to explain, protect and console Assamese migrants. Yet nothing whatsoever even came close to such show of support on muslims when they were being driven out by real physical violence. I have no grudge against Assamese or think they somehow should not be protected but only say that such support should have been given to Muslims too.
