That is utterly disgusting, and you are right in feeling violated. But I suggest go with vagabond's suggestion - that way you keep the job and beat the system too...
Why don't you create a blog and put out the info? It can be done anonymously, you know that.
If the school has a social networking page - or something close to that sort of stuff, paste the blog link and let the fun begin.

There's one thing I'd like to know, by personal conversations, do you mean of the students? Or are they even installed in the staff premises?
I also think its better if you get an opinion by an Ulamah, possibly bro abuhajira or Mufti Hussain.
