In Haj fire some years ago many people died. There were Indian people also among the casualties. India deputy Councillor or some officer of similar rank said that the live could have been saved if the in-charge of the tent lane had not locked the gate.

Now figure out the action ensuing from here?
Did the lane in-charge get the boot?
No, the deputy Councillor had to do intense lobbying in India to save his job.
Reason? Lane in-charge can not be at fault - he has been assigned by the king!
