Wont the dajjal be given this power by Allah ?

i read that hadith too, something abt how every city dajjal will visit there'll be a drought and Muslims will satisfy their hunger thru zikr? And the weak Muslims will fall for Dajjal's tricks like he'll seemingly cause skies to rain (by Allah's permission) and people will believe he's the messiah or god. I am not sure where I read them tho and could be wrong since my minds been polluted with Harun Yahya fabrications.
