In my country, Blacks used to join Blacks. Southern Americans used to join Southern Americans. Chineses used to join Chineses. I don't think there is some evil conspiracy from governments to segregate people. I do think genetics and relationships are related.

By the way, let's be honest: what would have happened in Australia and New Zealand with a black majority like Haiti?
