From what age ranges do you consider a person to be a youth or adult child? And is there an ethnic factor? Can an african or arab man be considered a young child when they are 18-20? Unlike an asian or northern european man.

The general definition of youth or young adult is from 18-25 and youth is often described from age 12-25.
