Let's start with the fact that Westerners don't see a difference between different EE nations. We all are the same to them... Polish, Russian, Latvian or Estonian...

Thats the first stage of dehumanisation- uniformisation and stripping off individuality. Thats why people in the army or prisons have uniforms- to make them more anonymous, less a person, more a thing. Its easier to dehumanise a thing than a person. Next level- gas chambers.

I am obviously exagerating and its fatalism, but you need to use some dractis measures to wake people up before its too late.
