Afro Latinos, particualy puerto ricans in new york, and many dominicans, have a shared history with AA's, and they look part black, or black to many of us, thats why they get away with it, they have black in them. A white person would not get away with it.

But do these Nuyoricans and Dominicans consider themselves black?
