Chileans seem to have a "Im superior to you mentality" towards other Latin Americans,from my personal experience, so I voted for them.

My favorite Latin Americans are Mexicans (duh), Puerto Ricans and Salvadorians.

PRs? I heard they don't get along with Mexicans in the US East coast.
