Paps was right about you, you are indeed a moron. I'd guess this as a (poor-in-taste) attempt at humor, but you are very obviously neither funny, nor witty. You clearly couldn't have come up with such an "amusing" euphemism yourself, but as adroit as Margaret Thatcher is, neither did she.

And I'm pretty sure the phrase incorporates an epithet (nigger), rather than any descriptors (black). If you're going to be racially insensitive, please do it right next time. No sense in trying to beguile our intelligence with half-assed attempts.
